What if I need to update my name or email address on file?
Contact our support team with your valid ID and request an update. We will verify your information and assist you with changes.
What if I lost my certificate?
No worries! Email us with your full name and the date you completed the training. A digital copy of your certificate can be reissued.
How do I get hired by a PCA agency?
After completing your PCA training and test, apply to any PCA agency of your choice. Some agencies may require background checks or additional documents. We can guide you on what to prepare.
